Podium Primer
Help her find her voice.
Public speaking coaching for girls and young women (ages 10–18) that turns nerves into confidence.

Lorem Ipsum has been the industry's standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book.

Who is coaching for?
Who is coaching for?
I work one-on-one with girls ages 10–18 and college students who want to become more confident and capable speakers.
Students may be preparing for a school presentation, interview, speech competition, university application, leadership opportunity or simply want to feel more comfortable speaking up.
No previous public-speaking experience is required.
My child is shy. Is this the right program for her?
My child is shy. Is this the right program for her?
Absolutely.
You don't have to be naturally outgoing to be a strong speaker. In fact, I know firsthand what it feels like to be a shy child who has plenty to say but struggles to say it out loud. Coaching provides a supportive environment where students can practice, make mistakes, try again and build confidence at their own pace.
What will my daughter learn?

Sessions are tailored to each student's goals, but may include:
Organizing and communicating ideas clearly
Speaking with confidence and presence
Managing nerves and anxiety before and during a presentation
Voice, pace, tone and body language
Presentation and storytelling skills
Thinking on your feet and answering unexpected questions
Interview skills
Persuasive speaking
Practicing school or university presentations
The goal isn't to eliminate nervousness. It's to help students know what to do when they feel nervous.
